Founder & Managing Director
Prakash, or Prax as he is fondly called is a first-generation entrepreneur since 2009. He started his career with Times FM (the radio division of The Times of India) in 1995 as regional programming manager. He moved to MTV India in 1998 and rose to be an Associate VP (Business Development, Celebrity Content, Acquisitions, Prog. & TAR). He was instrumental in the transition of MTV from an international to a ‘desi cool’ channel moving the overall channel creative branding from “Enjoy!” to “It’s My MTV”. He played a key hand in facilitating MTV reach the number one slot with its distinct programming and events in the music and movies space such as MTV Roadies, MTV Splitsvilla, MTV Dance Crew, MTV Heads Ya Tails, MTV Superstar
, MTV Kickass Mornings, MTV Big Picture, MTV Saturday Dhamaal, Lycra® MTV Style Awards, MTV Immies
and specific celebrity based content such as MTV Fabulous Lives, MTV Director’s Cut
, MTV Hot Seat
and many more. The content produced set a new benchmark in the media and movie promotion business which enabled MTV to be the singular preferred destination for film producers and houses. With 15 years of media and entertainment knowledge he brings in skills of established unique creativity, deep understanding (specifically of the movie industry) and a wealth of recognized relationships.
Sajeed started his career as a writer, post which he joined MTV. As a senior director, Sajeed has been instrumental in directing and producing hit shows like MTV Bakra, MTV Fully Faltoo, MTV Style Check, MTV Loveline
and others. He’s even directed concerts for International artists like Deep Purple, Bryan Adams and MC Hammer and has made shows for channels like POGO

directed by Sajeed also won the best reality series in Asia at the Singapore Asian Television Awards 2012 and the Indian Television Awards 2011.
His directorial debut short film Buddha Never Smiled
, showcased internationally won the India vision Best Debut Director (shorts)
in 2007. Recently, he has directed two music videos for Disney-UTV’s Ghanchakkar
